Purpose of the Job:

To build a strong relationship with corporate accounts with specific focus on Cat A accounts and resolve customer issues thereby ensuring customer delight leading to improvement in CSMM.

To monitor the Collection and meet Collectible Revenue & Bad debt targets for allocated accounts.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

  • Collections and Bad debts

Ensuring Target achievement in Collections and Bad debts  by consistent follow up with Agencies and Executives

  • Churn Reduction

Reducing Churn.

  • Customer Relationship Management

Maintaining Regular feedback mechanism to ensure better customer relationship to improve and maintain CSMM scores for constant revenue enhancement and realization.


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelors of commerce  / MBA (Finance or Mktg) 
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE- Minimum 3 yrs experience in telecom Sector
