Scope of Work
>> To Full fill Capacity in TM department in achieving monthly target
>> To Managed Vendor/Recruitment Agency and looking for other alternative source/channel for candidate TMR/SPV
>> To do an Analysis of Vendor and other channel (external: job fair, internet and Internal: Referrals) up to new TMR performance (30, 60 & 90 days).
>> To Review Vendor performance on monthly basis and regularly giving feedback from data management in Recruitment, hence vendor will understood our profile requirement.
>> Involves in Interview
>> To Create Rewards/Incentive for GOOD vendor performance as appreciation and to managed the volume of CV.
