Performs a variety of fund governance activiities working on behalf of the Management Companies. Responsiblities include some of the following; Indepth understanding of the Fund Registrations process in various jurisdictions, owning Fund Documentation such as ISA T&Cs and Application Forms, oversight and escalation of issues/queries from third party providers such as Transfer Agent, Fund Administrator, Custodian, Depositary, Auditor and Investment Managers to resolve basic issues and complex day to day issues. Will provide direction to more junior members of the team. Can also be responsible for all aspects of regulatory reporting for the Funds such as Solvency II, EMT, EPT etc. Can also be responsible for all pricing activity relating to the day to day oversight of Fund Accounting and the NAV production. Can also be responsible for Securities Lending oversight.Provides detailed technical expertise in specific area such as Fund Registrations, Regulatory Reporting and Fair Value Pricing, be responsible for all aspects of this. This will also include quarterly reporting to the Fund boards.Be responsible for fund information and documentation such as Application Forms, How to Deal, ISA T&CsSecurities Lending oversight. Responsible for the benchmarking provider that oversee how FA and Custody are performing against peers, take this information to initiate change.No direct reports; provides guidance to less experienced team members, as needed.Contributes to the achievement of team objectivesMODIFIED BASED UPON LOCAL REGULATIONS/REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.7-10 years of total work experience preferred; experience in fund governance, tranfer agency and/or fund accounting preferred..
