WHAT YOU'LL DO
Together with the Global Practice Area Leader (PAL) and the CFS Management Team, the Global Practice Management Senior Director (GPMSD) develops and sets the strategic agenda for the practice and translates it into concrete activities and robust processes. The GPMSD acts as the Practice’s “COO” and oversees the practice’s three regions, its businesses (Strategy, Corporate Finance, Growth, Innovation, Digital & AI Strategy and Transactions & Integrations) and its underlying topics and go-to-market strategies, Knowledge/IP/Assets development, internal and external Marketing, People /Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Finance/Budgeting/Planning and key strategic HR processes.
The GPMSD is also in charge of the Practice’s infrastructure, operating model and ensuring world class operations that deliver fast, reliable and high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders. He/she is the disciplinary leader of the practices’ staff, comprising over 130 FTE in total (divided into the Management and Operations team, PA Knowledge Team, ValueScience® Center and other non-consulting staff under the PA roof). Apart from that, the GPMSD will be part of various communities outside the practice (e.g. GPMSD, FGPMSD communities) and support the overarching practice agenda of the firm.
