Job Description

We are seeking a HR Trainee to join our team in the Portuguese Affiliate (Lisbon). As an HR Trainee, you will work closely with our Human Resources department to gain hands-on experience in a diverse range of HR themes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and participate in candidate evaluations.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture.

HR Operations:

• Handle HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, and generating reports.
• Assist in benefits administration and support HR projects as assigned
• Assist in the payroll processing and gain an understanding of legal labor laws and legal requirements.

Talent and Development:

• Support training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
• Collaborate with HR professionals to identify training needs and assist in organizing relevant sessions.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR initiatives.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
