Countryside YMCA is looking for Before/After School Counselors to work as part of our school-age child care program in Lebanon, OH!
Our counselors provide a fun & safe environment for children.
Hours Monday-Friday from 6:15-9:00 a.m. and 3:30-6:00 p.m., Monday -Friday
Qualifications
Applicants must be 18 yrs. old, High School graduate, clean background check. Prior experience in early childhood education or licensed childcare is preferred.
Rate of pay $13.67 per hour, may increase depending upon prior experience.
Childcare tuition discounts Discounts available for working minimum of 29 hours per week: Receive 1/2 off tuition for your children under age 3 or free tuition over age 3. Continuing education Following 6 months of employment, TEACH Grant opportunities are available for FREE education: CDA Certification, Associates and Bachelors in Early Education.
All part-time staff members working at least 16 hours per quarter receive a free individual membership to the Countryside YMCA along with membership and staff discounts.
