Responsibilities: Responsible for reporting on application incidents and follow up. Responsible for reporting on small enhancement prioritization and follow up. Responsible for auditing procedural adherence and documentation completeness for fixes and small enhancement development. Responsible for AMS SLA reporting. Responsible for reporting of resource utilization and forecasting. Follows up and reviews the progress of team members’ work. Assists in managing the SAP AMS provider(s). Collaboratively works across teams / stakeholders to address system issues / requirements. Helps users define small enhancement requirements, priorities, etc. Helps with SAP AMS budget tracking and OSP forecasting. Pro-actively interacts with deployments to identify potential risks to recommend and execute required mitigation plan(s). Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems or equivalent degree is required. Experience: Minimum 3 -5 years of previous similar work experience is required. Minimum 2 - 3 years of previous experience in project management, systems analysis and design is required. Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP ERP experience is required Minimum 2 years of system support and troubleshooting is required. Minimum 2 full life cycle implementations is desirable. Involvement in multiple minor release or retrofit activities is desirable. Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP ERP configuration experience is desirable Working knowledge of SAP BASIS, NetWeaver and ABAP is desirable Working knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and Remedy or other Incident Management and Change Management systems is desired.
