Reporting to the Americas Head of DEI, you will work on a variety of initiatives to drive the Americas DEI strategy aligned to the global strategy. You will: support the design and facilitation of data-informed DEI interventions and programs ensuring measurable outcomes; collaborate and consult with Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders and actively support the implementation of their strategies; and partner with Human Resource (HR) colleagues and business leaders to support their DEI journey and engage with external partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the design and facilitation of DEI interventions /programs
  • Program management of regional aspirational goals for gender and race/ethnicity, ensure senior management awareness, develop, and recommend solutions to course correct where necessary
  • Co-create unique, data-informed ERG strategies ensuring alignment to the Americas DEI strategy with an intersectional lens
  • Provide DEI subject matter expertise (incl. production of toolkits, learning content, etc.) across HR and beyond, adapting global resources as needed
  • Support connectivity with People Strategy / business aligned DEI working groups
  • Coordinate and produce input/responses to selective key external benchmarks, rankings, and client requests/RFPs

How You’ll Lead

  • Responsible for monitoring progress against regional aspirational goals including interpretation of data and preparation of materials for senior management
  • Partnering with stakeholders to drive a focus on measuring outcomes on DEI interventions

Skills You’ll Need

  • Extensive and progressive experience in DEI and/or Human Resources in global, matrixed corporate organizations
  • Proven ability to implement DEI interventions and the willingness to continually learn and unlearn
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data and develop data informed, impactful, actionable recommendations
  • Experience owning and driving stakeholder relationships and highly capable of influencing without authority
  • Results-oriented self-starter who demonstrates comfort with ambiguity and can excel in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $85,000 - $120,750. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
