Flight Sciences, Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Engineering, is seeking an Executive Office Administrator to join our team in Everett, WA. Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate a great working relationship with peers, executives and subordinates with strong collaboration, communication, and people skills.
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is professional, demonstrates high standards and integrity, and enjoys interacting with people at all levels. Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook calendar management, travel and expense reporting, supply and catering ordering, and the Microsoft Office Suite and has experience supporting executives and planning events where multiple sites and resources are involved.

Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Typical Education & Experience:
Mid-Level (Level C): Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range for Mid-Level (level C): $60,350 - $65,320
