The Research Associate will work in the Department of Family and Preventative Medicine, Research and Evaluation Division and is responsible for advancing the work of project deliverables in early childhood family engagement grants. This will also include executing training protocols in early childhood education. The position will report to the project Director and Principal Investigator. The Research Associate may promote project activities in the community, engage stakeholders to understand the impact of the project work, adapt project-specific training for unique audiences, and deliver training to early childhood educators. Travel within the state is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field plus five (5) years of experience in training adults, community research, education, planning, early childhood programs, or related field.
