As the Senior Product Manager, Post-Ordering, you will be responsible for building a seamless post-ordering experience that delights our customers. Your purview will encompass four pivotal domains: post-order actions, product retrieval, kitchen technology, and first-party delivery. Post-order actions empower customers to tailor their orders and stay informed about order readiness. Product retrieval entails optimizing both the customer pickup experience and the tools/interfaces for employees to streamline bagging and exchanges. Our kitchen technology initiatives involve predictive demand forecasting and providing employees with real-time instructions to ensure a steady supply of fresh chicken, thereby enhancing guest satisfaction with swift service. Additionally, you will oversee the execution of our first-party delivery strategies in partnership with product operations.

In collaboration with leadership, you will craft a comprehensive strategy for post-ordering and develop a roadmap rooted in meticulous qualitative and quantitative analysis. Employing a data-driven approach, you will prioritize initiatives by harmonizing customer-centric principles with tangible business impact. Your role will entail close collaboration with engineering, design, analytics, and cross-functional partners throughout the entire lifecycle, from ideation to execution, AB testing, and delivery phases. Furthermore, you will champion our approach with stakeholders and transparently communicate our progress and impact every step of the way. 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience working on large scale, consumer facing products and services delivering best-in-class experiences
  • Extensive AB testing experience in a production environment at scale
  • Experience working with data scientists and testing/shipping models
  • Educational or professional background in mathematics, statistics, or engineering
  • Ability to understand and explain technical decisions and our core technologies
  • Ability to operate effectively in both tactical and strategic capacities
  • Results-driven with bias for action and commitment to excellence
  • This job is based in Miami
  • We follow a hybrid, 4-day in office schedule (M-TH)
