TEAM OVERVIEW
KKR’s Compliance team is responsible for developing and enforcing compliance policies and procedures, as well as tracking ongoing regulatory changes that may affect the firm. The team is also involved in the investment process to monitor and advise on compliance with guidelines for both strategic partners and clients. The team implements and monitors the firm’s compliance programs to train employees, review and analyze conflicts of interests, review non-disclosure agree agreements, and oversee implementation of policies. The Compliance team also handles the due diligence process, assists with operational support for investing activities, and maintain compliance with the firm’s Code of Ethics. The Compliance program has 7 core areas of operation: (i) conflicts of interest, (ii) code of ethics, (iii) financial crimes, (iv) regulatory 7 governance; (v) registered investment companies, (vi) asset management & portfolio compliance; and ((vii) capital markets.
POSITION SUMMARY
Based in one of KKR’s core offices, this individual will be responsible for supporting various aspects of the KKR Compliance Program noted above. KKR’s global compliance program coverage includes KKR’s traditional private equity business, as well as investments in other strategies, including credit, real assets, infrastructure, and energy sectors. The individual will report to a supervising compliance officer in the respective KKR Office.

This is the expected annual base salary range for this New York-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
Base Salary Range
$130,000—$230,000 USD
