Our Talent and Development (T&D) team works globally to enable the business to achieve its strategic goals by developing, embedding, and enhancing learning and practices that support employee performance, growth, and engagement.
The T&D team is seeking a Leadership Development Program Manager to be responsible for the oversight, creation, and execution of leadership programming, in conjunction with the VP, Leadership Development. This role is an integral part of the Leadership Development team and will be charged with the ownership of select leadership programs.
This individual will be expected to design, implement, manage, facilitate, evaluate, and identify continuous improvements in the Firm’s leadership development programs. The Leadership Development Program Manager will need to stay aligned with the firm’s goals in collaboration with our Line of Business (LOB) and HR stakeholders and the global T&D team.
This Leadership Development Program Manager requires that one be passionate about leadership development, experienced in leadership models & philosophies, collaborative, and results oriented.

Salary Range
$100k - $140k base salary + annual target bonus
BBH’s compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
