Your role

Were you actively involved in managing equity portfolios ? Have you undertaken fundamental research covering various sectors and stocks ? Have you actively assisted portfolio manager ?

• build and maintain multi-asset bespoke client portfolios across direct equities, mutual funds, debentures and other securities.
• strong understanding of equities, with experience of fundamental research covering various sectors and stocks
• create bespoke investment mandates for clients, select underlying securities and construct portfolios in line with client mandates.
• ensure appropriate governance processes with strong focus on risk management and compliance adhering to local regulatory framework and global policies.
• identify and execute opportunistic investment ideas and strive to deliver strong outperformance to benchmarks.
• engagement with clients with regards to the strategy, recommendations, monitoring and review
• focus on business growth in line with the firm's aspirations

Your team

This role is based in Mumbai. You will be a key member of Investment Management team and will be responsible for portfolio creation, assessment and reporting of NDPMS mandates. You will also help in rebalancing of equity and debt portfolios. The IM team aspires to deliver higher risk adjusted returns for investors across category of asset classes. Given the scope of the role and pivotal nature of the team, you will be able to develop strong understanding of equities and fixed income. “Can do” attitude is the mind-set sought by the team

Your expertise

• master’s or a professional degree (MBA, CFA, CA, FRM, etc) and certification as per regulations
• 8-10 years of relevant work experience preferably in Equity Research, Advisory, Asset Management or Wealth Management
• strong investment acumen and excellent understanding of Indian capital markets
• Ability to multitask given the wide scope of the role.
• Strong process orientation and expert understanding of business operation workflows.
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
