Purpose of the role:

Responsible for documentation, system updating, reporting and other CFS operation document, system and report relating tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Follow up plan to finish document and data processing task for inbound.
  • Follow up plan to finish document and data processing task for outbound.
  • Follow up plan to finish document and data processing task for inventory.
  • Collect, file and storing document for operation activity.
  • Reports generate from system and data issue follow working instruction and SOP.
  • Join new project to set up operation process on testing and deploying as request.
  • Propose and deploy improvement initiative to improve operation efficiency.
  • VAS tasks: labelling, RFID scanning and palletizing.

Accountable for:

  • Document, data, report and process quality.
  • Productivity in the relating task.

Critical competencies:

  • High school or above certificate/degree
  • Ability to use computer, Microsoft office
  • Ability to use English at Secondary level
  • Can work on site, inshift and overtime
  • Teamwork and learning mindset
  • Safety mindset
