Responsibilities:
Prepare Cost Estimation in Capex and Project Mechanical Equipment Fabrication, Structure Fabrication & Piping Fabrication.
Should have Knowledge of costing new project on lump sum basis -Determining the total cost of materials, equipment, utilities, and labor for construction projects..
Mechanical Fabrication item bench marking rate analysis and finalize per unit wise rate.
Preparation of BOQ According to date sheet and Finalized the Quantity of various Items. (Like. Insulation, piping fabrication Fittings and painting work)
Cost estimation of all fabrication, erection & modification item rate with finalization of contractor for yearly bases (annual rate contract costing)
Efforts and supports the team for Cost Reduction with respect to Quality Development.
Keeping track of the latest estimating updates, technology, and industry-related techniques. Utilize cost methodologies and tools and appropriate software models and packages to prepare and maintain reliable and accurate data
Candidate should have knowledge of Piping InchDia/Inch meter costing, Packages like Boiler, ETP etc. and Static equipment thickness calculation.
Hands on experience with costing tools like Aspentech / Cleopatra software
