Job Description

The Position

The Corporate Card Support Team Specialist will work with a team of around 40 professional Source to Settle (StS) colleagues in the Center delivering and managing end to end StS processes, ensuring all StS processes and transactions comply with accounting standards, policies, SOX and statutory requirements for Organon in all global regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations and manage activities of the corporate card program to ensure timely processing, maintain quality and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Manage relationships with Organon Corporate Card Provider, including approval of corporate card applications.
  • Understand and apply applicable policies to answer questions concerning cards.
  • Provide optimal customer service for corporate card inquiries.
  • Educate cardholders regarding policies and procedures related to card usage.
  • Work with all relevant parties to make sure Corporate Cards and EEM data are accurately and timely loaded into Organon reporting systems.
  • Act as the Card Program Administrator which means to be familiar with all aspects of the Program, including but not limited to, billing procedures, number and status of Accounts, status of Cardholders, notice requirements, status of late payment charges and perform necessary functions in corporate card provider’s systems.
  • Partner with Organon Treasury for process related to Centrally billed Accounts.
  • Identify, create, implement, or update consistent training materials and SOPs related to global cards.

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (in Finance preferred).
  • 3 + years of prior experience in management of Corporate Card program (is a plus).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Well organized, highly motivated, process-driven and results-oriented with the ability to balance priorities, work under pressure and assume responsibility in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Ability to work independently, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong ability to coordinate action across dispersed global workforce.
  • Teamwork orientation with strong customer service and collaboration mind-set.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Teams).
  • Microsoft Power BI (is a plus).
  • ERP (SAP is a plus) system.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow.
  • Card provider systems.
  • Concur (is a plus).
