How you’ll spend your day

  • Key function in assuring department provides correct service to support business needs. 
  • Ensures supply to the market: right product at right time in right quantity and quality.
  • Point of contact for customer service for markets, alignment in regard to service, demand, inventory, market safety stock;
  • Monitors demand trends for evaluation of eventual impacts on the production factors and re-align the production factors to the needs of the customers;
  • Ensures Planning Data Accuracy.
  • Optimization of planning parameters, like campaign sizes, packaging lot sizes and times;
  • Sets priority for testing schedule for the Quality Control laboratory;
  • Drives QA releases and shipments out of the site;
  • Lead specific activities as supply Adherence OTIF on going monitoring.
  • Lead monthly demand review meeting as part of the monthly cycle
  • Manages Bulk and FG inventory levels on site;
  • Coordinates artwork information to enable the creation, progression & approval of new artworks;
  • Facilitates the planning and prioritization of artwork to meet new product launch milestone dates;
  • Promotes actions to improve the logistics flow in terms of efficiency and efficacy to minimize the costs and maximize customer satisfaction;
  • Supports site AOP preparation as needed
  • Supports local and global forums – e.g. Tier meetings, Supply consensus, S&OP;
  • Ensures that all work carried out is in compliance with the required standards conforming to company – e.g. cGMP, SOP, Health and Safety and Environmental requirements;
  • Support the training and qualification of Supply Chain Supply Service personnel and ensures that the required training is carried out and adapted according to need;
  • Supports change management within department;
  • Proposes and implements continuous improvements.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor`s degree;
  • APICS certification, MBA is a plus;
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Planning;
  • Leader experience and people management skills;
  • Change management skills;
  • Customer orientation;
  • Highly team orientated;
  • Ability to cope with pressure and deadlines;
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel and experience with SAP ERP;
  • SharePoint knowledge is a plus;
  • Participation and leadership in cross functional projects;
  • Capable of presenting information to all levels of management with supporting analysis under tight deadlines;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
