Manage overall CRM (SFDC) as super user role for China both system administration and data discipline, implement and support sales team by defined sales process
Lead China CRM change projects by collaboration with IT and other function teams for system enhancement in align with business needs
Participate APAC CRM projects on behalf of China to address China team’s business needs
Conduct data analytics by building up PowerBI-based dashboard
