The jobholder will be responsible for leading the FP&A function of the 7000+ people ODC in India and accountable for the regional ITO Performance Steering teams by ensuring that the management accounting and reporting is accurate and completed on a timely basis. Candidate will be responsible to have a broad understanding of both accounting and business operations for the preparation of key financial KPIs to be presented to the CEO and ExCo members.
All performance management reporting should be performed in accordance with relevant and applicable rules and principles within the deadlines set forth, with complete audit trail to follow
