The Integrated Marketing Manager (IMM) will lead the marketing development strategy, its implementation, and integration for Modular Power Solutions (MPS). Working closely with key cross-functional teams, this role will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation and execution of campaigns that will integrate advertising, PR, and social media marketing. The IMM will be instrumental in working cross-functionally within the Corporate marketing department and across the business to develop and streamline processes, serve as a thought partner to the IMM Team and execute on key operational projects in support of strategic priorities. In addition, this role will provide insights and reports, manage timelines and processes, to ensure that marketing is supporting key business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Combine marketing thought leadership, an understanding of our capabilities and objectives and strategic direction across MPS. This will require a blend of strategic planning, financial acumen, strategic analysis, influence management and execution skills to turn data points into actionable plans.
  • Work with operational leadership, strategy, recruitment, and key corporate and divisional stakeholders to clearly highlight opportunities and challenges within the key categories.
  • Track performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify issues and develop solutions to fix them.
  • Collaborate with IMM team and Corporate Marketing management to brainstorm new cross-channel campaign ideas.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the Marketing Department’s goals and company goals.
  • Improve ROI from marketing activities by defining quantitative metrics to measure and optimize all areas of the function.
  • Own marketing strategy and briefing for creative development for media campaigns and digital/social media presence.
  • Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
  • Define objectives, strategy, rationale and KPIs for all promotions. Ensure on-time, on budget and seamless rollouts.
  • Research and monitor market trends.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any similar field
  • 7 - 10 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations.
  • Experience working as a Marketing Manager or a similar managerial role
  • Expertise in strategy development of marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively managing multiple priorities while maintaining adherence to deadlines and budgets.
  • Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills; clear and articulate communicator
  • Computer proficient in Microsoft Office and moderate technical experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to express ideas and concepts concisely to a broad range of audiences with varying degrees of understanding. 

TRAVEL:

  • 10-25%, including between manufacturing facilities as needed

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
  • Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
