Job Description:

The Customer Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator will report to our Customer Lifecycle Marketing Director and will be responsible to drive the execution of customer retention efforts as the company continues to scale growth, expand channel mix, and drive lifetime value by building habits & loyalty for unique customer segments.

Our ideal candidate will embody the following:

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to increase revenue and grow campaigns, in addition to inspiring and motivating one’s team
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Advanced analytical skills with digital measurements systems and methodologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of online marketing experience heavily focused on customer retention, ideally in an e-commerce digital first brand in a fast growth environment and at scale.
  • CRM, subscription or loyalty program experience preferred.
  • Experience with email platforms such as Klayvio, Exponea, Braze etc. 
  • Experience with analytical tools and platforms such as Amplitude, mixpanel, pendo etc.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing, with experience in performance environments and desire to test and learn. 
  • Excellent project management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Thoughtful and self-reflective, willingness to learn. Team-player, hard-working, and resourceful.
  • Demonstrated success in back-end marketing, with the ability to be self-directed, and intrinsically motivated

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of customer retention efforts.
  • Develop and drive testings to improve every customer touchpoint to drive lifetime value and profit.
  • Partner with data and analytics to identify leading drivers for retention to build and implement appropriate programs.
  • Execute and continually optimize a data-informed testing plan.
  • Measure and report on results of retention efforts against identified metrics and opportunities for scale.
