【Main Responsibilities】

• Execute & Control (process development and maintenance) the System master data for products which our company is manufacturing or supplying into Japanese market.
• Change management (Item master, BOM/Recipe). Lead effective communication to accelerate change management smoothly. *Main stake holders are Operation, Planning, Technical, Quality and Finance.
• Participate Japan, Regional & Global ISO COP meeting. Develop/update SOP according to Global or Regional guidance.
• Create and maintenance a new material code.
• Prepare report for master data performance with improvement plan and report to related team/meeting as KPIs.
• Manage other operations that are related to data management.
• Join strategic project of Manufacturing division.
• Participate company's and Global new product launch team.
• Analyze and monitor end to end supply chain data (KPI), summarize findings, propose improvement areas, and drive the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with SCM business process owners to control standard SCM business processes flows by ensuring all the processes are visualized, up-to-date and continuously improved.

【Expected Roles】

• Manage change control by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Support stable supply and production by collaborating among Menuma site, Tokyo Head office and other stakeholders across the globe.
• Drive process improvement initiatives based on findings from data analytics.
• Standard SCM business process governance

MUST Competencies:

• Communication skill to develop and sustain good accountability with internal and external partners.
• Agility, challenge, making quick decision.
• Basic skill for MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Verbal and written discussions in English to some extent (TOEIC Score: over 800)
• SAP Knowledge and module application
• Data Analytics

• Drive Supply chain/ operational excellence activities.
• Understanding on supply chain for API, Bulk, semi-finished goods and finished goods
• Understanding of roles and responsibilities of Manufacturing division and other divisions
• Skills for project management, event management, risk management and problem solving.

• 弊社が製造または日本市場に供給している製品の、システムマスターデータの管理(作成・保守)を
• 変更管理(品目マスタ、BOM/レシピ等) 。効果的なコミュニケーションを取り、変更管理を円滑且つ加速させて実施する。※主なステークホルダーはオペレーション部門、プランニング、技術部門、品質部門及び財務部門。
• 日本、アジア地域やグローバルとの関連会議に参加する。グローバル、アジア地域のガイダンスに従い、SOPを作成/更新する。
• 新しいマテリアルコードを作成し、既存のコードをメンテナンスする。
• マスターデータのパフォーマンスに関するレポートを作成し、関連する部門や会議体にKPIとして、改善案とあわせて報告する。
• その他、データ管理に関する業務を担当する。
• 生産本部の戦略プロジェクトをサポートする。
• 日本およびグローバル新製品発売チームへ参加する。
• エンド・トゥ・エンドのサプライチェーンデータ（KPI）を分析・モニタリングし、調査結果をまとめ、改善点を提案し、プロセス改善戦略の立案と実施を推進する。
• SCMビジネスプロセスオーナーと協力し、すべてのプロセスが可視化され、最新かつ継続的に改善されていることを確認し、標準的なSCMビジネスプロセスのフローを管理する。

• 妻沼工場、東京本社さらに世界各地のステークホルダーと連携し、安定供給・生産をサポートする。
• データ分析に基づくプロセス改善戦略を立案し、推進する。
• 標準SCMビジネスプロセスを管理する。

必須コンピテンシー:

• 内外のパートナーと良好な連携関係を構築・維持するためのコミュニケーション・スキル
• 機動性、挑戦意欲、迅速な意思決定
• MSオフィスの基本スキル(ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント)
• ビジネスレベルの英語 (TOEICスコア:800以上)
• SAPの知識および使用経験
• データ分析

• サプライチェーン・オペレーションエクセレンス活動を推進できる能力
• 原薬/バルク、半製品、完成品のサプライチェーンに関する理解

• IT業界の経験を有する (例:システムエンジニア)
