AIG’s Information Technology functions include application development and management, enterprise architecture, and technology risk and compliance.

How you will create an impact

The resource will be primarily working with Cloud based platforms like ECS, PCF, EKS, Mule. The resource will be assigned tasks by an IT Manager for both maintenance and project work. The following skill set is required:

  • Experience in providing developing and deploying high availability architecture solutions.
  • Must have a strong understanding of Tomcat, JDK, Container platforms PCF, ECS, EKS.
  • Configure, manage and integrate various domains on Mule MRE. Troubleshoot and setup new Mule infrastructure.
  • Must have experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting services using SOA DataPower appliances.
  • Ability to manage the troubleshooting of issues and conduct performance tuning, logging.
  • Familiar with general security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signatures), PKI concepts, and SSL.
  • Monitor and support web-interface applications as well as back-end services, deployed applications on IBM, Tomcat based application servers/ containers.
  • Perform upgrades to the major Websphere products as well as third party products used within the environment.
  • Responsible for defining technical solutions, providing architectural guidance, providing technical leadership to infrastructure technical resources, and business systems analysts.
  • Provide focused delivery of well designed and engineered solutions that seamlessly integrated with the existing IT architecture.
  • Application Security, design/implement various scales and types of application security architectures.
  • Architect and deliver Secure, Scalable and Highly Available Systems Infrastructure and Disaster Recovery site.
  • Direct site and platform migration efforts, partner with security and infrastructure teams to enhance protection from DDoS and other attack vectors.
  • Advise management on application and supporting technology purchases and suggest environment upgrades/modifications.
  • Provide input into the technology plan for the IT organization, and ensure that applications integrated effectively with the technical infrastructure.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 7+ years’ experience in supporting and deploying high availability architecture solutions.
  • Must have a strong understanding of Application runtime, container platform.
  • Configure, manage and integrate various application runtime platforms and troubleshooting.
  • Must have experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting services using AWS Cloud based services.
  • Masters degree in Computer Information Systems.
