The Position

As a Communications Lead in both internal and external communications you will also be responsible for public relations, organizational capability building in the area of reputation management, corporate social media, thought leadership and content creation. You will lead on issue and crisis communications and ensure organizational preparedness to respond to issues and crises, partnering with relevant internal stakeholders to develop processes and programs to safeguard the Roche rely on effective teamwork and work in partnership to define objectives, approach and areas of focus.

Your opportunities:

External Communications

  • You will liaise with journalists on media queries
  • You will assist and prepare media strategy, key messaging, press release
  • You will prepare social media and website content for corporate info/ activities
  • You will develop and implements external communication and public relations programs, activities, campaigns, events, and promotional materials that protect and enhance the organization's brand reputation.
  • You will coordinate and implement CSR activities to foster the company's reputation in Vietnam


Internal communications

  • You will creatively develop and implement internal communications 
  • You will jointly handle company corporate events and employee engagements activities
  • You will support and consult other departments in internal communications
  • You will plan, develop and implement campaigns, activities to support driving the company internal objectives and goals
  • You will plan, develop and implement the corporate creative artworks

Who you are

  • You have Bachelor's Degree (marketing, business management, public affairs or communications) MBA or Postgraduate Degree is preferred
  • You have agile mindset and are energized by change to work with the Team to deliver best-in-class reputation-enhancing campaigns, whilst leading on issues and crisis management for the business. 
  • You have excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • You have digital dexterity, interpersonal interaction, written messaging, creativity competency
  • You have at least three to five years of experience in project management or a similar role
