What the role looks like:
- Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team towards program excellence
- Manage day-to-day operations of the team with the ability to grow and scale as necessary
- Effectively manage escalations, follow up to ensure complete resolution on escalated situations
- Routinely mentor, coach, and develop the team
- Lead development and delivery of business reviews
- Work with LinkedIn POCs on key program priorities
- Drive performance improvement and optimization
- Responsible for metrics/KPI attainment
- Remote position (Only Sofia Based)
- Working hours - Mon - Fr 16:00-01:00
Your profile:
- Good knowledge of Sales and business development
- Very strong analytic skills
- 5+ years of work experience in Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition or Agency Recruitment, Product Adoption, Change Management, Account Management, Customer Training, Business Transformation, Project Management.
- 2+ years of experience managing and developing a team
- Experience working against assigned performance targets and driving sustainable growth.
- Experience motivating, inspiring, and driving teams to achieve sustainable growth.
