Job Description:

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our frontend architecture. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and refining high-quality, scalable, and robust web applications. This position demands a blend of creative problem-solving, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help lead the development of sophisticated web applications using React.js/Next.js, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Design and develop reusable components and libraries to streamline development processes and enhance productivity.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of SDKs that integrate with our platform, providing seamless experiences for developers.
  • Work closely with the design team to use Material UI components and ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to design and implement API integrations, ensuring efficient and scalable application architecture.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and ensure best practices in software development.
  • Stay abreast of emerging front-end technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our product offerings and development processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio of projects utilizing React.js.
  • Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with SDK development is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with component library development and Next.js is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Material UI or similar CSS frameworks is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and development principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle challenges creatively and effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working in cross-functional teams.
