About the team:

The People Operations (Pops) team strives to revolutionize human resources the same way that Grab has revolutionized transportation. We serve to find, grow and keep the remarkable assemblage of talent who are our Grabbers.

You will be part of an energetic, cohesive and fun team with a strong performance culture and people orientation within a respectful work environment. This position will provide you with the opportunity to acquire and enhance your recruitment experience, develop your stakeholder management expertise and play an integral role in Grab's growth in the region.

About the Assignment:

This is an exciting role within the Talent Acquisition and Employer's Branding function based in Grab's Thailand, responsible for supporting hiring talents to drive the rapid growth of Grab. You are expected to deliver a high-quality Talent Acquisition and Employer's Branding partnership to the Grab Businesses, Corporate functions and Financial Group of Grab in Thailand.

The Core Objectives:

  • Partner with hiring managers and hiring teams to identify manpower requirements, planning and budgeting.
  • Take ownership and execute full-cycle recruitment, selection, offer management and onboarding processes through multiple sourcing channels and utilize various tools to attract talented candidates.
  • Manage the top of the funnel recruitment process (talent sourcing, resume reviews, screening, scheduling) to ensure a continued pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Provide advisory on job descriptions and competency-based interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements and take accountability in interview evaluation feedback.
  • Support Recruitment and Employer's Branding Initiatives in the country with both relevant internal and external parties e.g. Creating online Portfolio, Seminar Arrangement, Event Management, etc.,
  • Raise brand awareness in social media and online platforms. 

Job description:

  • Provide talent advisory and thought leadership to hiring managers and hiring teams and manage expectations and problem-solve to stakeholders in different circumstances. 
  • Partner closely with Local and Regional TA Leads, Functional TA PICs to manage end to end recruitment process and hiring reporting. 
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (i.e. employer branding and recruitment marketing, Talent Sourcing team) to enable hiring strategy and plan to achieve functional hiring goals. 
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with key sponsors, hiring managers and internal departments, working as a seamless part of the country Pops Team. 
  • Support and partner TA team and Pops members in the country to ensure successful execution of country programs and initiatives including but not limited to:
  • Successful and seamless onboarding of new Grabbers
  • Plan and execute internship and campus program including managing activities to strengthen relationships with the universities and other relevant young talent institutions
  • Adhoc country events and program

Qualifications

Essential Experience / Criteria:

  • You have Heart, Hunger, Honor and Humility.
  • Passionate about helping people develop their careers and helping Grab hire future leaders
  • A bachelor’s degree holder with 6 - 8 years work experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition environment.
  • Professional working proficiency in English, for frequent communication with regional collaborators. 
  • A self-starter and strong individual contributor, while being able to function effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with effective attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations, and to influence and negotiate diplomatically and fairly with a range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and client service skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents.
