Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Information Science or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of website, web application, mobile design experience and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap), including usability testing and gather feedback from users.
  • Basic understanding of designing responsive web applications or mobile applications, and wireframes and protypes and transforming them into high-fidelity, functional interactive design mockups.
  • Proficient in operating CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.
  • Portfolio of design and work samples of completed projects are available to be shared with the interviewers.
  • Experience with formative design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Background in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms).
  • Experience in visual communication, product development, and content management is a plus.
  • Confident and proactive in communication.
  • Exceptional command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to balance priorities and communicate issues or the need for support.
  • Incredible attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Confident and proactive in communication.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and goals-driven.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Flexible and able to work predominantly on North America shift.
  • Ability to work remotely and virtually from stakeholders, while maintaining clear communications and meeting work expectations.
