About this opportunity

We are now looking for the Head of Project & Support Office to ensure customer value and happiness through an efficient project management in project delivery as well as customer support service delivery

What you will do

  • Strongly drive digitalization and automation to implement more efficient way of working at both customer and our sides, along with improving network performance and quality
  • Being single point of support business owner covering all domains such as Networks and Cloud Software and Services
  • Demonstrate strategic thought leadership to evolve our business in the markets and develop execution plan with the team
  • Highly closely work with Deployment and Analytics in Networks Taiwan & Hong Kong as well as MNEA Network Services to align service strategy and financial impact
  • Conduct resource planning and management to deliver our commitment to the customer in project delivery phase and to secure customer network support operation and handle emergency, realizing financial objective
  • Evolve the unit to best perform with proper resource mixture and cost level
  • Strongly drive cultural transformation to elevate mindset and behavior
  • Strongly drive collaboration over different teams in local markets, MNEA and global Business Areas
  • Build a productive work environment and securing well-being, for individuals and the organization
  • Look after unit finance within your organization

You will bring

  • M.SC, MBA or equivalent degree
  • Min. 8 years of experience in telecom industry
  • Domain experience in project management, planning and integration management for large scale network project delivery towards mobile operators as well as domain knowledge in customer support and service delivery process
  • An open mind, strong work ethic, and self-motivated with a ‘can-do / will-do’ attitude
  • Good time management and project management skills, with ability to juggle multiple competing work streams being delivered
  • Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong connections with key customer personnel in mobile operators is preferred
  • PMP certification (Project Management Professional) is preferred
