What Success Will Look Like: 

• Own and drive the product vision and strategy based on customer needs, market insights, competitive positioning, and Conviva’s technical capabilities.
• Lead the full product lifecycle – from requirements definition, to delivery, and end-of-life – collaborating with other teams across the company, including Engineering, Ops, Support, and Marketing and Sales counterparts. 
• Drive customer adoption by developing great developer and partner experiences including developer onboarding, integration tools, sample applications and great documentation. 
• Identify and drive integrations with key ecosystem partners in the analytics business to create product stickiness and drive revenue growth.
• Communicate a clear set of business priorities and customer imperatives and actively work with the extended team to drive key trade-off decisions.
• Establish and track business metrics and gather key customer insights to inform optimization or new product development. 
• Drive Conviva metrics building ecosystem product roadmap & design, assist customer acquisition & operationalization process with robust self-service functionality and smooth product operation process.

What Success Will Look Like: 

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field. 
• 5+ years’ experience in technical product management or technical implementation roles in MNC work environment.
• 0-1 product design experience of data platform (Observability, Operational data platform, Ad/marketing Intelligence), insights on both inhouse build & 3rd party solutions are highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of data tracking mechanisms, analytics data platform and preaggregation data pipelines
• AI product design experience in recommendation & prediction systems is a plus.
• Developer-facing product management experience (APIs, data-feeds, SDKs, development tools) is a plus.
• Industrial knowledge of Video, Ads, Gaming, and Ecommerce is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with customers and colleagues at all levels of an organization and to lead via influence and determination.
