The Senior Director of Infrastructure and Technology Operations is responsible for managing the reliability and performance of the ecommerce, data, ERP, infrastructure, and DevOps systems for a high-growth ecommerce organization. The Sr. Director will also be responsible for building and leading a performant team to support the organization's digital transformation.

  • Implement and manage SRE practices like VALET 
  • Automate technology operations processes and procedures 
  • Maintain and support the ecommerce platform, Salesforce or headless commerce platforms, digital marketing technologies, data platform, ERP, and backend systems 
  • Manage cloud-based infrastructure and automation 
  • Develop and execute a technology operations strategy that aligns with the company's business goals 
  • Manage the technology operations budget and vendor relationships 
  • Ensure that all technology operations projects are completed on time and within budget, and that the highest quality standards are met 
  • Build and lead a performant technology operations team 

What you'll bring:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on ecommerce 
  • Strong leadership and management skills 
  • Experience with SRE practices and cloud computing platforms 
  • Experience with automating IT operations processes and procedures 
  • Experience with maintaining and supporting ecommerce platforms, Salesforce or headless commerce platforms, digital marketing technologies, data platforms, ERP, and backend systems 
  • Experience with managing cloud-based infrastructure and automation 
  • Experience with developing and executing technology operations strategies 
  • Experience with managing budgets and vendor relationships 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Experience with DevOps practices 
  • Experience with agile development methodologies 
  • Experience with managing large-scale IT operations teams
