We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, and data-driven Client Services Director, who shares our enthusiasm and is ready to contribute to our success. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the day to day running, innovation, growth and leadership of client accounts.

As a Client Services Director you will be able to hold and the most senior client relationships by providing strategic support in addressing some of their critical business challenges and growing the accounts you work on. You will be their most important partner!

You will be responsible for understanding the business objectives of our clients and translating this into effective control Account Management, strategy, and execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a very senior client-facing role within a digital marketing or advertising agency, with a strong track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful campaigns.
  • Previous demonstrable experience of client account growth and new business acquisition. Knowledge of wider digital marketing industry verticals and trends.
  • A background in digital planning and strategy.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
  • A team player attitude, willing to share knowledge, discuss approaches and tactics
  • The ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including performance marketing and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive client growth and satisfaction.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, have an excellent level of written English and are highly numerate Strong problem solving skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Managing Director.
  • Successfully manage core accounts.
  • Lead and oversee the client servicing teams to ensure exceptional delivery of services and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Predominantly focus on account growth of the multiple clients, as well as new business acquisition.
  • Ensure high levels of communication with clients both virtually and in person.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed client expectations, driving performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including account management, creative, and media, to deliver integrated solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Creating long- and short-term strategy across all Digital and non-Digital channels.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs, and presenting innovative solutions.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, mentorship, and continuous improvement within the client services department.
  • Upselling our services to all current clients
  • Be integral in the preparation and delivery of new business acquisition and client pitches. Some elements of project management, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
