The Report Processing Center of Excellence Manager is responsible for providing leadership as part of a leadership group for a specialized team focused on scheduling, proofing, editing, and formatting reports for various types of clients, and will work with teams across the U.S. from a centralized location (the Center).
Ideal individual will have extensive back office operations or financial report production experience and be able to effectively manage and oversee a group of individuals and processes, while demonstrating strong operational, supervisory, and problem solving skills. Individual should have a high attention to detail, and the ability to quickly adapt processes and direct human resources to fluctuating volumes, changes in client requirements, or adjusted timelines in order to fulfill client requirements. Experience in participating in a robust quality management process is preferred. This individual should also have strong skills in MS Word and Excel applications, and a basic understanding of how computer systems can be used to manage work queues.

The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Denver, CO offices only is between $82,500 and $137,500 per year.
The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Bellevue, WA, Los Angeles, CA, and San Diego, CA offices only is between $89,100 and $148,500 per year.
The base salary range for this position in the firm’s San Francisco, CA and San Jose, CA offices only is between $94,900 and $158,100 per year.
