In this exciting role, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring seamless site operations. You'll work closely with site leaders to develop and execute strategic plans, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Be the Bridge Builder: You'll forge strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the site, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
  • Mastermind of Operations: Get ready to strategize! You'll collaborate with site leads to craft effective site operation plans, keeping everyone on track for success.
  • Project Maestro: Get ready to orchestrate! You'll lead on key projects like unified SOPs and site CBPs, keeping everything on budget, on time, and meeting the highest quality standards. You'll also ensure smooth execution of site and nonclinical group plans.
  • Special Projects Champion: Take the lead on special site projects that involve all functions, spearheading the implementation of Teva's cross-site initiatives.
  • Process Powerhouse: Streamlining is your middle name! You'll establish and refine site project management processes, including tools, governance, and standards.
  • Collaboration is Key: Partner with essential departments like IT, QA, Procurement, EHS, and Facilities to keep everything running smoothly and ensure customer satisfaction is top-notch.
  • Communication Connoisseur: You'll translate complex project information and potential risks into clear, concise messages for senior leadership and site stakeholders.
  • Data Whisperer: Become one with the data! You'll generate reports and presentations, keeping track of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor site performance.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of success in project management
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools
