Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Learning and Development Manager" position. 

As a Learning and Development Manager ,you will be an individual contributor in this role and reporting to the Senior Learning and Development Manager .

In this role you will;

• Support to managing and executing Learning and Culture programs and processes
• Support the deployment of global cultural activation roadmap such as values and behaviors in line with local needs to be part of driving consistent implementation across the business unit contributing to a high performing organization.
• Deploy the global engagement survey implementation across the business unit, along with action planning and goal setting
• Identify internal and external L&D resources, design, plan and implement development programs in line with learning needs and business priorities of Danone
• Search for new learning tools and approaches to help the organization develop a growth mindset • Curate digital learning paths and creatively promote them
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Learning & Development initiatives, utilizing data-driven approaches to assess their impact and identify areas for improvement • Maintain and develop strong stakeholder relationships with local partners (Other Talent & Culture Teams, HRBPs, Functional Leaders and managers), Global Teams and external partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field
• Experience in managing Learning & Development and Cultural Transformation programs and projects
• A collaborative and inclusive approach, and a great capacity for influence to build strong business partnership and stakeholder relationships
• Curious and passionate for learning & improving company culture with taking necessary actions
• Highly organized for planning, implementing, and reviewing initiatives
• Solution-oriented and creative in designing impactful initiatives
• Strong team player who is focused on contributing to the performance of the team
• Fluent in English & Turkish
