Opportunity:

Alchemer is looking for a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to support key business functions across the organization. This role will be a key member of the finance team and have the opportunity to work closely with members of the C-Suite and other key stakeholders. In this position you will work and own a number of different financial and analytic projects, conduct research, and answer questions with data. The right candidate will bring enthusiasm and curiosity to this role as they work to strengthen their ability to synthesize data and influence decision making. We expect this candidate to be looking for continued growth in and beyond this role as well as increased responsibility over time. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support Strategic Planning, Annual Budgeting and Quarterly forecasting processes 
  • Create and maintain recurring key reporting packages and metrics by analyzing current and past financial performance
  • Build and develop sustainable processes and financial models to identify, track, and forecast trends in financial performance
  • Partner with accounting to support month-end close activities including budget versus actuals and reporting packages
  • Partner with business intelligence to build out reporting metrics and automate dashboards
  • Challenge and improve efficiency of current processes and develop sustainable improvements while maintaining data integrity

Skills and Experience:

  • BS or BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 1-3 years relevant work experience in FP&A or similar analytical roll, preferably in a software, technology, private equity, or investment banking setting
  • High aptitude and excellent analytical skills for complex problem solving and financial modeling
  • Superior attention to detail – must display highest levels of consistency and accuracy in work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work closely with budget owners and management team
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, driven, and able to work autonomously with strong documentation and process management skills
  • Comfortable balancing competing priorities and working in a fast-pasted organization
  • Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with the DOMO BI tool
  • Experience with Sales Force and Zuora
  • GAAP accounting knowledge preferred

Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $75,000 to $90,000, eligibility for an annual bonus, and eligibility to partake in the Employee Participation Program.
