Summary

The purpose of this agreement is to define the role of Cluster Digital Marketing Director to in partnership with Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei hotels’ digital, marketing communication and revenue teams, define the strategy for growing e-commerce revenue in the area across target audiences and customer segments (i.e., leisure travelers, business travelers, family travelers, and etc.)

Define the e-commerce strategy for the area including the creation of a compelling business case to inspire customers to adopt digital commerce channels, especially the flagship stores voucher channels in Hyatt managed e-stores on Ctrip, Meituan, Fliggy, WeChat, as well as the emerging e-commerce channels like The Red, Tik-Tok, Kuaishou and etc.

In collaboration with hotels digital team in area, support and initiate multi-hotels cluster promotional campaigns include but not limited to 6.18 mid-year promotion, Double 11 big sales and other online shopping festival in China market, as well as to develop the staycation promotional voucher campaigns for Greater Beijing hotels in the above mentioned channels.
