Role overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be a key member of PepsiCo's Global Talent Acquisition organization, working closely with PepsiCo's Business and Human Resource Leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategy, and manage the identification and selection of talent from internal and external candidates pools. You will act as the talent advisor to hiring managers, functional leaders, and HR Business Partners to manage the recruiting cycle from candidate identification and assessment, through the offer, acceptance, and onboarding.

By joining our team you would be a part of a smaller and bigger team at the same time – you could be one of two recruiters responsible for recruiting for our French market, but also part of broader Talent Acquisition team hiring for European market.

Responsibilities

Execute the full life cycle recruitment process for each requisition including:

  • Ensuring timely and effective communications between candidate(s) and the hiring team;
  • Screening, assessing, and evaluating internal and external candidates and presenting qualified candidates to the Hiring team;
  • Partnering with Compensation and HRBP to develop compelling offers. Presenting the final offer to the candidate and manage offer negotiations when necessary;
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HR partners, and TA Operations in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent ongoing communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility;
  • Communicating and educating stakeholders on the staffing policies and processes for both internal mobility and external selection;
  • Staying informed of external market trends and recruiting techniques. Building ongoing external networks and future candidate slates.

Qualifications

  • Min of 2-3 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition required;
  • Current or previous experience as a TA Representative responsible for multiple functions;
  • Fluent in French language required (C1 min);
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
  • Ability to easily build relationships and listen actively;
  • Pro-activeness and willingness to learn;
  • Experience in shared services and a complex organization (matrixed) would be an asset;
