Job Description

We are getting great penetration levels in the flexible packaging business with a large number of presses sold; we are looking for someone with a deep knowledge of the industry, the technicalities, type of application and substrates. Business and production needs to successfully bring this business to the next stage.

As the primary post-sales business development interface with the customer, you'll recognize the client's business and printing needs, interpret them, and create business and technical programs that drive print volume growth.

Supporting the sales team to help our existing customers grow through business and application support, leading entry into new segments in flexible packaging.

With your knowledge of the industry and the HP business solution we will better address the customer needs


  • Develop HP Indigo’s flexible packaging business through post-sales support
  • Travel across EMEA supporting sales managers and Customers
  • Job title: Flexible packaging business development manager


  • An expert in Flexible packaging: share information, deploy knowledge – product, financial models, competition, technology wise, applications, finishing, application base
  • Analyze and build business models for customer investment and growth, provide financial evaluation (TCO) support
  • Develop existing customers to grow print volume through business and application support
  • Lead entry into new market segments within flexible packaging

  • Familiarity with local FP industry – converters, Hardware and materials vendors, brands
  • Deep understanding of flexible packaging market trends, pricing and production needs
  • Expertise in the various FP applications, lamination, adhesive and varnishes etc.
