Oliver Wyman is now looking for a Recruiter (Campus/ Early Career Recruiting) for our growing consulting teams in the IMEA region!

The Opportunity

The Entry-Level Recruiter (EL Recruiter) coordinates the day-to-day recruiting of consultants across IMEA (India, Middle East & Africa), ensuring that hiring goals are achieved while addressing the logistical, and geographical challenges of recruiting consultants with a focus on building a diverse candidate pool. The EL Recruiter leads event planning and organization of recruiting efforts, leads the referral channel, and supports the Senior Recruiting Manager with reporting and marketing.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Oversee the screening and selection of candidates.
  • Oversee the overall recruitment process of candidates – monitor interview scheduling, evaluations, communication with the candidates and other stakeholders.
  • Lead the referral process – selection, communication, overall process.
  • Support with reporting, strategy, and events planning.
  • Lead on international recruitment across selected markets – candidates’ selection and communication, interview events planning.
  • Lead the cooperation and relationship with the Marketing department – planning, execution, and communication.
  • Build the relationship with global OW teams as well as with the University Career Services and Consulting Clubs.
  • Lead the iProcurement and invoice processing for EL and MBA recruitment.
  • Support in managing the junior team.
  • Liaise with other internal teams such as HC Ops, TM, Mobility to ensure a smooth onboarding process of new hires.
  • Maintain/update recruiting system (Workday) and required databases to support reporting.
  • Assist with other areas of recruitment projects as required.

Experience Required

  • Full end to end recruiting life cycle experience – 3+ years of experience working internally as a recruiter and preferably having university / graduate recruitment exposure.
  • Experience within a professional services or management consulting firm is preferred.
  • Experience balancing ever-changing work demands in a challenging environment with numerous stakeholders to satisfy.
  • Proven ability to foster relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with international teams is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in changing environment and multitask.

  • Proficient with data analysis and reporting.
