Position Overview:
The Associate Director of Inclusion, Equity, and Community Programs and Initiatives will play a key role in developing, promoting, and supporting the college's ongoing equity and social justice initiatives. Reporting directly to the Vice President for Inclusion, Equity, and Community (VPIEC), the associate director will be responsible for developing and leading college-wide social justice education, events, programs, and initiatives to support Carleton's commitment to improving the institutional experience of all community members and advance Carleton’s aspirations to be an inclusive, diverse, and equitable institution in concrete and measurable ways.
Focused on advancing Carleton's commitments to social justice and equity through collective action, shared visioning, and community connection, this role will consult with and advise campus partners, cultivate resources, and develop social justice educational programs for the campus community.
This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) year-round exempt position with some evening and weekend work.
