What you'll do

We are seeking a passionate, detailed, and proactive Sr. Technical Program Manager to join the Security Strategy & Delivery team. This role will have a mix of strategic and operational engagements working with cross-functional partners to mature resilience programs. In addition, this role will drive the timely delivery of Security programs to support key strategic initiatives, drive operational process enhancement, and support security operational efforts. This position requires a highly driven individual with demonstrated experience in delivering projects in fast-paced technical environments. The successful candidate will have demonstrable ability to drive consensus and provide direction to multiple cross-functional team members while maintaining efficient plans, tracking issues, and proactively communicating project status.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Security Strategy & Delivery.

Responsibility

  • Work with stakeholders to drive cross-cutting and critical security initiatives for the company
  • Establish relationships with partner teams within DocuSign and demonstrate cross-functional coordination skills to drive cyber resilience program objectives
  • Lead and scale security programs by defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation, and successful on-time delivery
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks and challenges affecting projects
  • Explain technical architecture, decisions, and tradeoffs to both technical and functional teams
  • Mobilize the necessary teams at DocuSign to respond according to our existing cybersecurity resilience playbook, and continually improve our playbook
  • Administer cybersecurity resilience training and awareness activities to promote a culture of preparedness
  • Conduct tabletop exercises with key collaborators and leadership to evaluate the organization’s response plans and recovery capabilities
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of the resilience program by incorporating feedback from audits, compliance frameworks and emerging technology
  • Drive continual improvement by developing performance metrics and building reporting to communicate the success of business continuity programs
  • Drive communication and change management around cybersecurity resilience initiatives and processes

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in running Cyber Resilience programs and processes
  • 5+ years of experience in program and project management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science or related fields, with relevant industry experience in Security
  • Demonstrable experience in leading Crisis Management, Security Incident Management and Business Continuity programs and processes
  • Experienced in Security technologies, Frameworks, implementation strategies, effective security metrics and delivery

Preferred

  • Confidence to drive and lead large conference calls leading Crisis OR Cybersecurity Incident processes
  • Independent, driven, and eager to learn
  • Time management skills with experience managing simultaneous and often changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to state things simply and persuasively for a variety of audiences, internal, external, business and technical
  • Strong analytical thinking and investigative or problem solving capabilities
  • Proactive self-starter, ability to take initiative, learn quickly and drive operational excellence
  • Confident in working with executive team members as working with security experts and product owners at all levels
  • One or more of these certifications: CISM, CISA, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, ITIL, CSM, CSPO
  • Familiar in different security domains such as Network Security, Application Security, Data Security, Vulnerability Management, Client and Cloud Security
  • Solid understanding of security controls and how they should be implemented across applications, systems and internal or cloud platforms
  • Skilled at dealing with ambiguity in a rapidly growing and changing environment
  • Strong business acumen and technical background, with the ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts and challenges across wide-ranging audiences
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Excellent relationship building skills and track record of positive partner feedback

Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $130,500 - $208,050 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $123,700 - $184,275 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
