About the role 

HR Generalists, People Partners, Talent Acquisition Partners, Talent Sourcers work in close partnership as one client-facing delivery team, forming the People Planning and Partnership (P3) organization. P3 builds strategic partnerships with the business and owns the process from proactive sourcing and talent pipelining, hiring strategy, and execution, to ongoing consultation to build hard-working and engaged teams. 

P3 team at Nasdaq is currently looking for a passionate HR (Human Resources) Generalist who will be responsible for HR support to the business and general HR admin. You will also play a key role in improving and standardizing our processes and being a part of global projects within different areas. You will primarily focus on Lithuania, other Baltic countries and some responsibilities will also cover EMEA/globally. Your focus will be on execution within key areas, including performance management; talent management; learning and development, employee relations and rewards and recognition.

Main responsibilities will include: 

  • Providing professional HR guidance and support to internal client groups with the objective of adding value to the business
  • Manage employment documentation and other HR required documents 
  • Administering employee files, records and documentation, handling employment agreements 
  • Providing consultation to client groups in the interpretation of HR policies and procedures 
  • Analyzing people data and compiling relevant reports to develop HR insights for the business 
  • Working closely and collaborating with People Team across the organization 
  • Assisting in roll out of company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., Performance Management, Employee Experience, Organizational Changes, Process Improvement, etc.) 
  • Coordinating and contributing to various People Team projects and initiatives 

Requirements for the role: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources/Law/Business Management 
  • Experience in a similar area/position 
  • Knowledge and understanding of local Labor law 
  • Excellent language skills in written and spoken English
  • Ability to build and foster business relationships with leaders and employees and deliver high level services by being trusted partner 
  • Ability to exercise effective judgment, confidentiality, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations 
  • High customer orientation and intercultural affinity 
  • Organizational skills with the ability prioritize and manage multiple projects 
  • Self-confident personality with proactive approach 
  • Advanced level Microsoft Office skills 
  • Knowledge of HR Systems: Workday is a plus 

More details about our compensation package and benefits: 

  • Monthly base salary starting from €1800 - €2200 gross based on experience. The final offer will be based on your experience and skills.

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.
