Artisan Partners is seeking an individual to join our global distribution team as a Sales & Client Service Assistant. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, high attention to detail and a proven ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Boston, MA

Responsibilities

The candidate can expect to:

• Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international, and prepare expense reports
• Assist with all aspects of meeting preparation, including briefing packet production and the printing and binding of presentation materials used in client, consultant, and prospect meetings
• Maintain CRM database to ensure all mailing lists, contacts, pipelines, and notes are properly documented and up-to-date
• Assist with production of data for internal legal, distribution and management reporting needs
• Support the team’s coordinators’ interactions with various internal departments to assist with client and custodian inquiries
• Assist with ad hoc projects

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

• 3+ years in the financial services industry
• Proficiency in MS Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Distiller
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
• Superior ability to organize priorities and multitask effectively
• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem solving in the face of shifting priorities or unanticipated events
• Willingness and ability to identify ways to add value beyond routine job responsibilities
