We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Global Product Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Portfolio Strategist, contributing strategic insights and playing a pivotal role in the global management of our disposable medical devices portfolio. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive product innovation and growth on a global scale.

Your assignments:

  • Comprehensive Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement robust marketing strategies for the dialyser product portfolio, driving growth and revenue globally.
  • Global Marketing Plan Management: Oversee and maintain the global marketing plan for key dialyser products, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Actively manage product lifecycles, incorporating market opportunities and needs into development plans and marketing activities.
  • Global Product Launches: Support marketing manager in successful global product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and within-budget deliverables.
  • Local Launch Support: Support local product launches, including pricing, marketing, sales training, and go-to-market strategy preparation.
  • Stakeholder Interface: Engage with key stakeholders, including GMO and CBS, to support strategic initiatives for the dialyzer product portfolio.
  • Project Management: Develop milestones and project plans, Consolidate project results and plan working packages and Document all relevant project documents, such as decision reports.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economis/Pharmacy/Science or equivalent; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of successful experience in sales and/or marketing/product management.
  • Experience in the medical-technical or pharmaceutical field.
  • Evidence of cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.
  • Developing a deep understanding of customer decision-making.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with customers and thought leaders.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
