Your opportunity

  • All aspects of coverage of assigned territory including maintaining and further developing relationships
  • Be responsible for responding to basic client inquiries and coordinate in a timely manner with investment teams, sales support and client account management group, marketing for more complex requests
  • Host and/or attend client meetings and events
  • Demonstrate strong sense of ownership towards delivering to all clients
  • Generate new ideas and identify new opportunities in order to support the firm’s vision for Janus Henderson Investors business in KSA
  • Contribute to account planning for Strategic Account Program clients
  • Advanced knowledge of the company, including history, investment resources/team/style/process, and the investment offerings
  • Maintain awareness of competitive industry trends
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

  • At least 12 years of financial industry experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strategic business relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of financial services industry and investment products in general 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently
  • English and Arabic speaker is a must
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required

Compliance requirements 

At a minimum the role will require to:

  • Place the interest of Janus Henderson’s Clients first, act in accordance with TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principles
  • Understand and follow laws and regulations applicable for your role, seeking the help of your supervising manager or Compliance if additional guidance is required
  • Understand and abide by all Janus Henderson policies applicable to your role, and seek support/guidance of the policy owner guidance when required
  • You are ultimately accountable for your actions and responsible for seeking further information on any or all of the above as necessary.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
