Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund supplies over 1.5 million smallholder farmers with the agricultural services they need to make their farms more productive. Our 8,000+ team is drawn from diverse backgrounds and professions. With operations across ten African countries, we make farmers more prosperous by providing quality farm supplies on credit, delivered within walking distance of farmers' homes, and agricultural training to improve harvests. On average, the farmers we serve earn 40 percent more profits on the land they enroll with One Acre Fund.

The Strategy and Operations Associate is an essential part of the Kenya Tupande team and part of one of the largest social enterprises in Africa. Tupande serves over 830,000 clients in Kenya. Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have should have 3+ years of working experience, a background in managing complex projects and coordinating across multiple teams in a fast-growing organization, and a propensity for innovation.
