We are looking for a Project Manager Supply Chain Digital (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible. 

Responsibilities

Join the Digital Team within Supply Chain Excellence. A team of highly experienced experts who is designing and steering the Supply Chain Digital Roadmap based on the overall business strategy, supplier market developments, benchmarks and stakeholder experiences. Act as expert with deep knowledge in supply chain processes and systems as well as project implementation methods. Manage the performance and development of the digital landscape to contribute to their overall success in value creation and performance management of Supply Chain.

Your Job

  • You will be co-leading the project for the implementation of our new strategic procurement platform
  • In this role you need to ensure a targeted project management, bearing responsibility for quality of content (e.g. documentation) and actively pushing the defined milestones
  • You identify and analyze new market best-practices and observe new technologies
  • You also identify various use cases for AI technology for supply chain
  • You will be working hand-in-hand with our international Supply Chain teams, IT and experts to design the respective processes during the implementation
  • You will take over the product ownership in the business operations driving continuous optimization
  • You will drive further improvement initiatives creating value for our Supply Chain team and business partners
  • You will identify and analyze new market best-practices, observe new technologies and digitalization trends
  • You actively contribute to a modern way of working, performance and open feedback culture in our team

Your Qualifications

  • You have a master's degree in your pocket – we also welcome additional qualifications (PHD or MBA)
  • You have already gained years of relevant work experience e.g. in consulting, IT or Supply Chain management
  • Start with a proven practical expertise in strategic procurement processes (sourcing, supplier management)
  • You gained experiences in Supply Chain digital solutions e.g. eSourcing solutions or equivalent
  • High passion to drive automation potential e.g. by integrating artificial intelligence technologies
  • Outstanding analytical competence coupled with strong process and problem-solving skills
  • A high resilience, even in challenging situations, you are prepared to manage risks and take ownership
  • Willingness to actively drive change in the organization supported by good communication skills
  • You are fluent in English and German
