The Experience Management (EM) Senior is a member of the EY Canada Experience Management team supporting Consulting. The EM Senior provides functional support to the Consulting EM Leader/Sub Service Line (SSL) EM Leads.
Your key responsibilities
As an EM Senior, you will be responsible for; and capacity management supporting deployment; development of the Consulting client-serving professionals. You will be responsible for reporting requirements in order to effectively deploy client-serving professionals and provide them with meaningful career experiences. You'll receive regular supervision on a day-to-day basis to set appropriate priorities.

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $59,200 to $88,800. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
